Starting Pediatric Home Care

Following a hospital discharge and after receiving a physician’s referral, your child can start receiving home health care services. Your child’s physician will place a medical order for the duration of care, frequency of care and the instructions for treatment. Our home care agency shares  information with the referring pediatrician following each visit.
