The primary founder, Dr. Juliet Mbonu, DNP, RN, PMP is a doctorate prepared nurse with prior experience as a Home Health nurse and as the sole on-call nurse for Visiting Nurse Association, Tender Loving Care, Bayada Home Care agency, Trinity Healthcare Homecare and Hospice Silver Spring and Amedisys Hospice Care. Dr. Mbonu, is also a Senior instructor at the College of Health Professions, Western Governor University, and a Clinical Instructor at Chamberlin School of Nursing. Erinma residential care is managed by Dr. Mbonu, our Clinical Director.

Services
Erinma, LLC is a licensed Residential Service Agency that provides complex care services, medication management and personal care services by a Registered Nurse who will supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Medication Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Unlicensed Aides.
Services will be provided to adult (19-100 years old) and pediatric (5-18 years old) patients in patients in Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George’s, Queen Anne’s, St. Mary’s, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, Worcester counties in the State of Maryland.
Erinma, LLC will accept private pay, long-term care insurance, workers compensation, private insurance. Medicaid payments will be accepted as payment in full.

Juliet E. Mbonu, Founder & CEO
Juliet Mbonu is a clinical professional with 30 years of experience in nursing, home health care and health information management.

Responsibilities and experience include:
- On call for new case admission assessments, including IV insertion and maintenance, plans of care, patient teaching, and orders management
- Provide in-service and in-house training to clinicians
- Conduct in-hospital clinical assessment to determine admission patient eligibility and required skill level
- Coordinate and supervise the care given by RN, LPN, Home Health Aide and Personal Care Attendant assigned to provide care to the patient.
